Augill Castle is not a conventional hotel. It is a genuine country house experience.
The castle is decorated and furnished in a traditional style in keeping with its age and character and we have retained as many original features as possible to allow the age and history of the building to speak for itself.
We do not have a formal restaurant, instead we invite guests to join our legendary dinner parties on Fridays and Saturdays and on selected other days at busy times when everyone sits together around one big table to enjoy a home-cooked set menu. There are earlier meal times and separate menus for children.
