Fort D'Acre is a private game reserve at the mouth of the Great Fish River along the Eastern Cape's Sunshine Coast. With 1200 hectares of pristine bushveld set against stretches of sandy beachfront, our property is truly spectacular.
We offer exclusive use, self-catering accommodation in a beautifully appointed, recently renovated thatched lodge, Hunter’s Lodge. The lodge consists of 5 rooms, 4 of which are en-suite. Guests will have private access to a secluded beach at the edge of the reserve.
There is free WiFi, TV with DSTV, and magnificent panoramic views over the reserve and sea. The lodge is open plan with a dining room and lounge area set around a central wood-burning fireplace.
