Archontiko Chioti concerns a mansion whose construction was completed in 1864 by the Greek migrant businessman Konstantinos Chiotis and in 2013 was adapted to a 4-star boutique hotel.
The time that has passed from then until today seems to have respected the history of this house and has left intact not only the building, but also the objects. The painted ceilings and floors, the piano, the Viennese chairs, as well as the serving trays and the platters with the handmade depictions have remained unalterable during the years and refer to another era where respect dominated to the human relations.
The boutique hotel is consisted of 13 rooms with different style with main characteristic the class and the luxury.
During the conversion of the mansion house to traditional boutique hotel, an external pool was constructed along with a wellness area, including hammam and Jacuzzi for three persons, which rejuvenate the soul and awaken the senses of our visitors making them feel comfortable, as in their own homes.
Housed in a 19th-century mansion in Leonidio village, Archontiko Chioti features an outdoor pool with decked terrace, indoor hot tub and hammam. It consists of individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Plaka Beach is at 4 km.
Blending stone with wood, all air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen, satellite TV and minibar. Each offers orthopaedic mattresses, Guy Laroche linen and Korres toiletries. Some rooms also come with a fireplace, hand-painted ceilings and arched walls.
Including homemade jams, spoon sweets and fresh eggs, the traditional breakfast is served daily at the breakfast room of Archontiko Chioti with the monastery table. Guests can relax by the communal fireplace with a drink or cup of coffee.
Archontiko Chioti is located 30 minutes’ drive from the mountain village of Palaiochori and 10 minutes’ drive from the traditional Poulithra village. Leonidio is the starting point for many hiking paths, while some taverns and cafés can be found nearby the property.
