For years, this couple received friends and acquaintances around the world at home, located in the mountains of southern Mexico City. There, in a warm and friendly atmosphere they sought to give comfort to their guests.
Eventually they decided to do it professionally. They bought a porfiriano style mansion located in one of the most bohemian areas of Mexico City and began to remodel it respecting its history.
The property is listed by the National Institute of Fine Arts as an artistic heritage of the nation and had to be remodeled under the supervision of its architects.
This was to ensure all services respected the original style of the house, making it quite challenging.
Finally they were able to adapt 15 rooms. Most overlook the garden, which has become another attraction of Villa Condesa, a meeting place where you can rest and relax, dine or hold a meeting. Many rooms have a terrace to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, reading or having a drink.
