Bambu Indah is located on the Sayan Ridge above the Ayung River in the village of Baung and across the sawah (rice paddies) of Bongkasa. Our interest in bamboo, architecture and interior design can be seen throughout the property.

While most pools require large amounts of concrete and chemicals, the one at this property uses lava stones and a vegetation regeneration zone, which naturally cleanses, filters and oxygenates the water and nurtures beneficial bacteria. The hotel features a hospital standard triple filter water system, which makes its water safe to drink straight from the tap.
