Five cool hotel Suites for bathTUBing in Syros

by Nate Bakker, Hotel Researcher
This nine-room hotel has a stunning interior with nine different kinds of Greek marble, individual art pieces from local international artists, and striking bathtubs. Let's check five Suites and find the most relaxing bathtub on the island!
Do you feel dull, tired, and highly unmotivated? It's all the routine. However, one of the best ways to relax and refresh yourself is to prepare a marble bath with essential oils surrounded by candles. Ah, don't forget that relaxing music in the background is as vital as some exotic sea views. But what to do if instead of a marble bath with sea views and eco-cosmetic, you have a shower with a view of a socks factory? I advise you to check the soonest flight to Syros island in Greece because Aristide Hotel's bathrooms are so cool that your jaw will drop on that marble floor.

Kapandriti Suite

The Suite has the loveliest private veranda with a plunge pool and views toward the historical Vaporia area.

The highlights of this Suite are:
  • A free-standing outdoor stone bathtub
  • A walk-in rain shower
  • The original ceramic tiles
  • The artworks are photographs by Nicolas Le Beaun Benic and Antigone Kourakou

The bathroom is so spacious that you can easily practice capoeira there. Just don't break standing nearby pieces of art.

This Suite is decorated with Kapandriti marble. This is a vivid marble that was used for the facade of the Bank of Greece.

Kirki Suite

From my point of view, Kirki is the most luxurious Suite in this hotel. It boasts a French window, a huge private veranda with an outdoor shower and plunge pool, a walk-in wardrobe, and views toward the garden and Vaporia. Too much to handle, right?

This Suite is decorated with Kirki marble. It is a veined marble ranging from dark red shades to sandy brown.

Pteleos Suite

The Suite has a private veranda with a plunge pool, outdoor shower, and sea views of neighboring Tinos and Mykonos islands. Early birds can watch the sunrise from their bedroom window.

This Suite boasts a rare peach-colored Pteleos marble.

Naxos Suite

Naxos Suite is a gem with a Juliette balcony and sea views of neighboring islands Tinos and Mykonos. The main highlight of this Suite is a free-standing bathtub with an iconic tropical shower surrounded by Naxos marble.

Naxos was the marble used for the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Naxos Suite wins the title of the hotel's Suite with the most "photogenic" bathroom.

Dionyssos Suite

This Suite is for sure the pinkiest place at the hotel. It has a Juliette balcony and views of the historical Vaporia area and the garden.

A free-standing bathtub is so tempting that you start to think about a little water party with duckies. Every corner of the Dionyssos Suite boasts one of the most beautiful kinds of marble in Greece - Dionyssos is the marble of the ancient Acropolis.

All suites have speakers, so you can play relaxing music while planning a day in that bathtub.

Aristide Hotel also has a stunning, 'urban' beach nearby and an oasis-like breakfast garden with plenty of local specialties.

The rooftop bar and restaurant are great for getting rid of hunger after a long tanning day on the beach.
